Leadership

Rev. Paul Schronce and his family have been with Mount Herman for over 20 years now and he is a graduate of Fruitland Baptist Institute. He has not only served as Senior Pastor, but also serves in various rolls within the community. He and his wife Annette have been married for over 30 years. His family includes their son Justin and daugter-in-law Kaitlyn, their son Jacob and daughter-in-law Alivia, and their son Jesse.  They also have 3  granddaughters--Saige, Stella, and Emerie. 

Beth Pennell and her husband Billy have been attending Mount Herman for over 15 years now. Beth has been such an impact to the fellowship and worship at Mount Herman. Beth leads our congregation and choir weekly as we sing praises unto our Lord. Beth chooses a mix of traditional, familiar gospel favorites and some more contemporary music to lead worship. She also plans all of our big cantatas which take place for Easter and Christmas Services.

Jack Skinner has been a member of Mount Herman Baptist Church and served as a deacon for many years. Jack is a lumber salesman and his involvement in our community has made him a great spiritual leader. Jack's experience with the congregation and his love for the Lord make him the perfect individual to serve as Head Deacon. Jack's experience over the years help him to make sound decisions when advising our deacons.

Lindsay Cox has served Mount Herman's youth for over 5 years now. Lindsay is a high school teacher who has a passion for seeing youth grow and learn. She fearlessly leads our teenagers and helps them navigate this difficult world. She shares the Biblical principles needed to help our young adults turn to Jesus in any situations they might face. She also plans all our youth outings, mission trips, and conferences.
