Mount Herman Baptist Church was founded in 1912 and has over 100 years of service to our surrounding community. We are proud of the legacy this church has and the impact it has made for those in need. From the beginning, we have had a mission to serve Christ and lead others to Him. 

OUR Mission

We believe that a church body has its foundation in Christ and His Word.  Jesus Christ is the Head of the church and has commanded us to go and make disciples. To us this means that we reach out to our world with the saving Gospel of Jesus Christ. Once someone commits to following Jesus, we gather together and train them as to what it means to be a follower of Jesus. We then expect them to go out and reach our world with the saving Gospels of Jesus Christ. This is the basic understanding of our mission, we are to Gather, Grow, and Go.  Therefore it is not the church's mission but the Mission of Christ's Church.
